At OwnWeave, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need an exchange, please review the policy below.

🔁 Eligibility for Exchange
  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.

📦 Exchange Process
  1. Contact us at support@kaffiandmulberry.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for exchange, and product images (if requested).

  3. Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.

🚚 Shipping for Exchange
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Shipping charges for the exchanged product may apply.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

  • We will arrange a free exchange after verification.

  • Slight variations in color, weave, or texture are natural characteristics of handloom products and are not considered defects.

🔄 Exchange Limit
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
