🔁 Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration.
📦 Exchange Process

Share your order ID, reason for exchange, and product images (if requested).
Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions.
🚚 Shipping for Exchange
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Shipping charges for the exchanged product may apply.
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will arrange a free exchange after verification.
