At OwnWeave, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy below.
❌ Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
🛑 How to Cancel an Order
Email us at support@kaffiandmulberry.com with your order ID.
Our team will confirm the cancellation status.
💰 Refund for Cancelled Orders
If the cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
❌ Non-Cancellable Orders
Customized or made-to-order products.
Orders that have already been shipped or are out for delivery.
⚠️ Refusal of COD Orders
If a COD order is refused at delivery, shipping charges and handling costs may be deducted from the refund or may result in order blocking for future COD purchases.
🌿 Handloom Product Disclaimer
As many of our products are handcrafted or sourced from artisans, once processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
